CONTAMINATED SITE CLEANUP

The Environmental Services Division oversees the investigation and remediation of industrial and commercial sites that have been contaminated by leaking underground storage tanks or aboveground spills of hazardous substances. The Division has extensive experience working with developers and property owners and has brought over 100 contaminated sites to case closure.

The Division provides comprehensive oversight from site investigation to closure. To expedite the redevelopment of a contaminated site, the City will put together a team of redevelopment specialists, planners, engineers, and building officials to guide you through the development process during site cleanup.
