What is Unlawful Outdoor Storage?

Outdoor storage is the accumulation of abandoned, discarded, or dilapidated objects; including but not limited to: junk, machine parts, scrap material, appliances, furniture, household furnishings, containers, packing materials, and scrap metal.

What about building materials?

Accumulation of dirt, sand, gravel, concrete, litter, debris or similar material is also considered Unlawful Outdoor Storage unless permitted by applicable zoning designation and/or conditional use permit.

What if I have a fence?

Materials stacked above any fence in any Zoning District where outdoor storage is not permitted.
