Mayor Cutter to Deliver State of the City Address on March 27

March 13, 2017 

Mayor Pauline Russo Cutter is set to deliver her State of the City Address on Monday March 27th at the San Leandro Main Library Lecture Hall (300 Estudillo Ave). The event will begin with a reception featuring light refreshments at 6:30 PM and the Mayor’s address to the community starting promptly at 7:00 PM. Mayor Cutter will discuss her vision for the future and provide an update on a variety of topics such as economic development, innovation, resiliency and climate change.

Community Assistance Grant Program Now Taking Applications!

March 10, 2017 

The Recreation and Human Services Department announced the availability of funds for non-profit organizations serving the San Leandro community. The Community Assistance Program (CAP) provides financial support to community agencies providing human services and programs for individuals and families living in San Leandro. CAP is funded by the City’s General Fund and a federal community development block grant. Applications must be received by March 23rd by 4:00 PM.


Information on San Leandro Minimum Wage Requirements

November 30, 2016 

On September 6, 2016, the City Council adopted an ordinance that accelerates implementation of the statewide minimum wage requirements. That ordinance goes into effect on July 1, 2017. For more information, please visit: www.sanleandro.org/minimumwage
